Step 4 - The Screen
Now using the pen tool with the color white (#FFFFFF) selected draw an area for the screen.  

Double click on the layer to bring up the options and add a gradiet.  I used this light blue color (#d6e8ff) on white for the screen gradient.  Settings can be seen in the screenshot.
