Step 7 - Paint Bucket Tool
Pick the Paint Bucket Tool, and, from the layers window, Ctrl + Click the second layer. Pick a color from the color palette (in example was used the blue color for the second layer) and fill the selected circle. Then repeat and color the 3rd layer green as in the example.

Note: In the layers window, move the free layer on top of the blue one, and the blue should be on top of the red one, as seen in the picture.
