Step 3 - Shape and color
I am going to use green for this icon.  You can use whatever you wish.  The base color will be: #0d7308.

Then select the elipse tool and create a perfect circle on your canvas by holding shift when dragging the mouse.

Leave a few pixels around the edge so we can add a drop shadow at the end.
