Step 6 - More reflection
CTRL+click the original shape layer which selects the item.  Then contract the selection by one pixel again.  (Select>Modify>Control>1 Pixel>OK)

Create a new layer again on top of the rest.  

Make sure to have white selected as your color, and select the gradient tool once again.

This time drag the gradient from the top to about 50% of the way down.  

Now hit the down key 3 times and hit delete.  This should cut away some of the gradient you just made to give a nice reflection.  Hit Select>Deselect or CTRL+D to get rid of the selection.
