Step 5 - Adding some effects to the star
Click Filter > Distort > glass, from the menu. You can use these settings: Distortion 20, Smoothness 1, Texture  Tiny Lens, Scaling 55%. We'll talk about Clouds and Distort later, but they are needed here.
