Step 3 - Adjusting the input levels
In the Levels Window, make the following settings: Channel RGB, and at the Input Levels put the following numbers 180 – 1.00 – 223 and click ok.

Note: Modifying the Input levels, will make your picture more or les darker / lighter on each possible color. You can also increase / decrease the difference between colors and how edges are being taken to.
