Step 5 - Logo Creation
To do this, type out your text and be sure to Rasterize it by right clicking the layer and choosing it. This will allow you edit it like regular artwork as well as applying the stone pattern that we found.
Doubleclick on a layer to open the layer's blending options. Be sure to click off the layer name or you'll just rename it. Click the checkbox on the Drop Shadow. On mine I set the Distance to 4px, Spread to 11%, and Size to 4 px. This may vary depending on the size of your art, document size or resolution.
On the same layer, and blending options panel, click the checkbox for pattern overlay. Now click the icon to change the pattern. I chose the horizontal stone texture pattern we made earlier. Now we should end up with something like this:
For the final blending option you can click the checkbox for Stroke. We're going to do something kinda cool here by choosing a Pattern for the Fill Type. I chose the horizontal texture this time. Oh, and Size will determine the stroke width and Position will set it in, out or centered. I went with inside.

Here's what it looks like with the background turned back on.
