You could even colourise the image, to add extra effect.

Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation

Changing the hue, will change the colour, whilst saturation changes the power of the colour, you’ll need to keep that at full/high in this kind of image.

And that's it! You have now completed this tutorial! You can now continue to make your own horror scene images, and best of all, this effect does not only have to be used with a scene, you can use it on any image at all!
