Step 17 - The end....
NOTE : If you click on a layer in the layers window, and drag it upwards or downwards. If a layer is on top of all the others in the Layers window, than it will appear above all layers in the workspace.
If a layer is below all others in the Layers window, then it will appear under all layers in the workspace.
On top of all layers must sit the one containing the frame, under it we have the one containing the white rectangle, and under that the picture.
