Step 9 - Rasterize Layer
Pick the Rectangle Tool and draw a vertical rectangle with the height, a little bit smaller than the frame’s height. Its width should not be longer than the frame’s width (this should have the same color as the first rectangle, in our example black).

Now press Ctrl and click on the rectangle you just made and than place it in the center of the frame as seeen in the picture below. Now right click on the layer with the new black rectangle, in the layers window and click Rasterize Layer.
