Step 4 - Gloss and Shine!
On a new layer named "gloss", draw some selections in the middle of each lip then paint with a large soft brush with white selected in the color palette.





Here's where the magic happens. With white still selected, increase the opacity and flow of the brush and decrease the brush width to a hard line. Draw a few squiggle lines like the ones shown here that follow the same curves as the lips. You can then proceed to make out with your computer monitor.
