Step 2 - The Rectangular Marquee Tool
Tool no. 1 is called Rectangular Marquee Tool and we can use that tool to select things.



The rectangular marquee tools also has three other variants: the Elliptical Marquee and two Row Marquees: one vertical and one horizontal.
