Step 9 - Other Photoshop Tools
The other tools should be easy to explain.

The Smudge tool (13)... It’s like putting your finger on a crayon drawing and dragging on. It will distort and stretch a small area. The Blur Tool will make your object more or less blurry, or you can use it to smooth over transition areas after retouching. And the Sharpen Tool will make object more or less sharp, but be careful, because it might have certain unexpected results.

Then another 3 tools are the Dodge Tool (14), that  will lighten the pixels dragged over, the Burn Tool, that will darken the pixels dragged over, as if they were burned, and the Sponge Tool that will decrease the color saturation of areas you drag over, just like having a sponge washing them.

The Path Selection Tool (15) will select any path component, including one which is part of several other components. You will also be able to create paths. The purpose of paths will be explained in another tutorial.

The Type (16) tool lets you add text to your image, that can be formatted in many ways, like font, size, style, color, alignment, horizontal or vertical orientation, and many more. The text is not added as a normal image on top of what you have, therefore it is further editable.

The Pen (17) and its related group of tools are used for creating and editing “paths”, which are outlines which can be used to make selections. The paths can be stroked or filled with color.

Tool (18) is called the Rectangle Tool, and with this one you can create rectangles. Its sub-tools allow you to create different polygons. The whole group is called "Polygonal Tools Group".

The Notes Tool (19) helps you put sticky notes on your artwork.

The Eyedropper Tool (20) will pick the color from what you select with it.

The Hand Tool (21) will be used to move objects on the screen.

The Zoom Tool (22) will help you zoom in on details or out for a more bird's eye view of the whole scene.

That would be all about the tools. Do keep in mind that their is a "Tool settings" bar on top, and that each tool has different possibilities, which are far too many to explain here.
