Step 1 - Getting Started
Create a new document in photoshop. I used 300x300 pixels.

Press the letter D on your keyboard to set the colors to the original.(Black, White)

Now go to Filter>Render>Clouds...

Then go to Filter>Artistic>Smudge Stick... and set these settings:
